Goals for this Program:

  • Build mental and physical strength 

  • Breakdown fundamentals 

  • Increase Lacrosse IQ

  • Build efficient workout habits

  • Continue to build a passion for the sport

  • Prepare players for Spring Season and Apollo Select Teams

  • Both Morning and Afternoon sessions are available

    • The morning session is fundamental based


For Player Safety a US Lacrosse Membership is Required for all Apollo Lacrosse Activities.
